Suggested Use: 30-40 drops (1.5-2 mL) in juice or water.

Contraindications: If you have insulin-dependent diabetes, use only under the direction of a qualified expert.

Additional Recommendations:: Include bitters, Jerusalem artichokes, bean pod tea, prickly pears, bitter melon, complex carbohydrates, soluble fiber and GTF chromium, selenium, and zinc in the diet and eliminate refined carbohydrates, sugars (sucrose, fructose, honey, maple syrup) and low quality fats (hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats, fried foods). Exercise regularly.

Additional Useful Herbs:: The herbs Prodigiosa (Brickellia grandiflora), Matarique (Cacalia decomposita) or Fenugreek may also be helpful. Additionally, nervines reduce chronic stress response which may help the body utilize insulin more effectively.
