We usually will get back to you within minutes during normal business hours. And it will never take more than a day for you to get your answers.
Where are you located? We have maintained our offices in Florida since 1994. Florida, of course, is in America's Eastern time zone.
Because we ship all orders Priority or Express, it doesn't matter where you live in relation to our offices, you'll still get your package fast.
Does shipping really take just two days? Nine times out of 10, yes, you'll get your package in two days, that's true whether you live in California, Maine, Oregon, Illinois or anywhere else in the U.S.
We automatically ship Priority Mail, via the U.S. Postal Service, because USPS is quick and you also get Saturday deliveries.
Occasionally, a delivery will take three days. And, as you know, there is no mail delivery on Sundays, so, if you order on Friday, you won't get your package until Monday.
We also can ship Express (overnight) to many locations in the U.S. Choose the Express option for shipping at checkout.
Is shipping over $100 free? Yes, we ship your domestic (U.S.)package to you for free regardless of size if the order's total is $100 or more. Free shipping is Priority, a 2-day delivery to you in most cases.
Do you ship worldwide? We ship to most countries worldwide. Expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days for Global Express and you will receive a tracking number the same day we ship. Commonsense Notice: We cannot account for Customs Offices in international destinations. Usually, orders move quickly through Customs, but occasionally officials will hold and inspect a package. This will delay shipment up to two weeks. This does not happen often, but, be sure to order your products as far in advance as is reasonable for you.
