Osteo Herb - Supports Healthy Bone Structure*

All-herbal containing Stinging Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa), Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale), Horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense), Oat straw (Avena sativa), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) in a vegetable-based capsule.

The following foods are rich in absorbable calcium: dark green leafy vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, sesame seeds, canned Alaskan salmon and sardines. Magnesium, silica, potassium, boron, vitamin D and essential fatty acids are necessary for calcium metabolism. Saturated fats, sodium and phosphorus (carbonated drinks) are calcium antagonists.
