Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for internal support, take 15 drops twice daily at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after meals in 6-oz water. As an oral rinse, use twice daily. Mix 20 drops in 1- or 2-oz water OR Unfiltered Apple Vinegar 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after breakfast, and at bedtime.
